GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Conditions
The below terms & conditions are valid on all contract's, delivery's and other services. Any changes to our terms & conditions made by the customer, have to be confirmed written by Monkey Island. "Monkey Island" reserves the right to change or complete these terms & conditions at any time within a sufficient period of time. On any existing order, that has processed before the changes, former terms & conditions are valid.

2. Products, Content and Specifications
All features, content, specifications, products, prices and services described or depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we can not guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

3. Delivery and Payment
The minimum order amount on all online orders is 2,000 Baht. Shippment cost have to be extra calculated and depend on weight and the destination country. We accept the following kind of payment:

4. Term of delivery
Wares in stock will be sent off within 5 business days (we are not responsible for any delays whilst shipment). Wares that have to be manufactured on your order, can be sent off within 4 weeks or earlier. In case that an order can't be delivered within 2 month, the client or Monkey Island can cancel this order. Claim damages because the term of delivery couldn't be performed are impossible.

5. Return goods
Unused goods can be returned to Monkey Island within 14 days after receipt. The postal charge must be completely prepayed, otherwise Monkey Island can deny the acceptance of the return delivery.

6. Warranty
"Monkey Island" guarantees, that all goods are carefully packed and keep all assured properties, when we send off your order. The client has to check the goods immediately for deficiencies and condition on receipt. Any visible deficencies must be reported written to Monkey Island within 10 days. Otherwise warranty on deficencies can't be asserted anymore.

7. Property reserve
Goods that were already sent off, keep property of Monkey Island as long as your payment is incomplete.

8. Privacy policy
All of your given data are processed just according to your actual order. We keep your personal data confidential.

9. Legal domicile
Place of performance and legal domicile for both parties is the business address of Monkey Island.
